Who we are

Blue Door Consulting is a boutique European consultancy founded in 2020 with a distinctive multi-country footprint - Central and Eastern European roots with a firmly European heart with offices in both Brussels and Central Europe. We provide tailor-made support to organizations navigating the complexities of the European Union. As a one-stop shop for EU affairs, we develop and implement strategic frameworks, identify the most suitable EU financing opportunities, and guide you through every step of the process.

Over the past years, we have established a regular presence in Budapest, Brussels, and London, with our pan-European reach further strengthened through strategic partnerships with consultancies in Germany, France, Portugal, Italy and Spain. We also work actively with partners in other EU Member States and candidate countries such as Albania, Ukraine, and Serbia.

Our main areas of engagement are defense, health and energy. Across these 3 thematic areas, we are involved in:
